Mc Naught and Company serve on the mortgage registration panel for Standard Bank, Nedbank and First National Bank . This means that we act for the bank in registering home loans. This association goes back to the firm’s banking days with the Perm Building Society and Standard Bank some 25 years ago and more recently First National Bank.

We are proud to be associated with these fine banking institutions registering loans under our FASTBond programme and we can help you find a bank loan for your property purchase. We also register private bonds for clients who want to secure a debtor’s indebtedness to them.

Shareblock conversions to sectional title for blocks of flats have also been registered by our offices as well as Notarial Deeds for the registration of new servitudes.
